Our range of services includes:
Surface Preparation
We operate a professional shot-blasting chamber with dimensions:
- Width: 6 m
- Length: 14 m
- Height: 5 m.
Single or Multi-Layer Painting
The prepared steel is carefully placed in our paint shop, measuring:
- Width: 15 m
- Length: 32 m
- Height: 6 m.
We apply coatings using a hydrodynamic spraying method, adjusting layer thicknesses based on required corrosion resistance categories or according to the client’s specifications.
Fire-Resistant Coating Application
Fire-resistant coatings are applied as described above, following the European Technical Assessment ETA 18/0689. We can achieve fire resistance classes ranging from R15 to R120.
Upon request, we provide quality documentation for all protective coatings, including:
- Anti-Corrosion Protection Report
- Fire-Resistance Protection Report
We primarily use HEMPEL paints, though we can select paints from other manufacturers upon client request.
Pricing and timelines are determined individually, primarily based on factors such as material quantity, type of product (e.g., beams, trusses, railings), and corrosion resistance category.
