Stalkoncept Sp. z o.o. is an innovative company that specializes in shot-blasting structures. Our method of preparing surfaces for painting is extremely effective and precise, which guarantees an ideal substrate for applying paint. Removing old coatings allows for better preparation of the substrate and facilitates the adhesion of new layers of paint. Thanks to this, painting will be more efficient and effective, and the final effect will be exceptionally durable. Painting of steel structures
Our company provides services related to anti-corrosion protection. Considering the great importance of paint coatings for steel structures, we make every effort to ensure that the protection is of the highest quality. In 2022, we put into use a modern, fully equipped steel structure painting hall with a shot-blasting chamber measuring 14.20×6.20×5.00 (m). This enabled the introduction of new services in the field of structure preparation – shot-blasting and the use of environmentally friendly technology for painting any steel elements.
NDT testing
We offer services in the field of non-destructive testing, which is carried out on metal construction elements and industrial devices in order to detect their possible defects. Elements are tested using technology that does not interfere with its structure, does not introduce changes and does not “destroy” the tested surfaces. Non-destructive testing is carried out during the operation of machines, devices and electronic elements, as well as at the stage of their production.
