The investment was executed within the framework of a comprehensive design and build system, with all aspects overseen by Stalkoncept Sp. z o. o. acting as the General Contractor on a turnkey basis.
The accompanying photos showcase the key milestones in the construction process of a steel industrial hall complete with office and social facilities. These stages include: earthworks and foundation laying for both the halls and associated buildings, the installation of columns, fabrication of structural elements, erection of the steel framework, construction of office spaces using traditional brick techniques, roofing and wall cladding, application of sandwich panels to the hall’s exteriors, integration of photovoltaic panels onto the roof, as well as fitting windows, gates, and door.
